The Inter.national! Startup Contest is the third phase CHALLENGING and is a pitch competition that consists of five regional contests all around the world: Europe Contest 1, Europe Contest 2, Africa & Mena Contest, North & South America Contest and Asia Contest. The contests are organized by the Chambers of Industry and Commerce (IHK) and the German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHK). Each regional contest will be completely held online via a digital platform. You as the audience may get full access to each regional contest by just registering for the contest you are interested in.
In the contests, the selected international startups compete against each other in front of a professional jury. As part of the Start.up! Germany Tour 2024, the aim of these contests is to find the best startups and to give them the opportunity to travel to Germany and to explore the German startup ecosystem within the frame of the Start.up! Germany Tour.
The winners of the five contests will be automatically finalist for THE GRAND FINAL on April 23! The winners of each regional contest will additionally receive several benefits. A total of up to 15,000 euros in prize money will be also distributed to the three winning startups during THE GRAND FINAL.
